Description

Ideal for testing minimally invasive imaging systems with limited field of view! This reference target provides a solution to understand the sensitivity of your fluorescence imaging system. The target acts as a solid shelf-stable serial dilution containing QUEL Imaging’s ICG-01 fluorophore, which mimics ICG fluorescence in the presence of tissue optical properties. The target provides a method to determine an imaging system’s range of linearity as well as an estimate for the noise floor and saturation point. This target uses 5 mm diameter concentration wells, which is 50% smaller than our standard target.

Our open-source QUEL-QAL library is specifically designed to analyze fluorescence images of QUEL Imaging reference targets or similar phantoms. Learn more:
