Description

This reference target is an ideal solution understand the depth sensitivity of your fluorescence imaging system. It is ideally suited for testing depth sensitivity to fluorescence similar to OTL38 (pafolacianine) or IRDye800, which each have fluorescence peak excitation/emission of ~775:790 nm. This reference target has optical properties, reduced scattering and absorption, similar to lung in the NIR. The  target contains 600 nM Q800 fluorescent material at depths of 0.5-6mm under non-fluorescent tissue-mimicking material, which simulates in vivo imaging environments.
