Description

This reference target is an ideal solution understand the sensitivity of your fluorescence imaging system. It is ideally suited for testing sensitivity to  OTL38 (pafolacianine) or IRDye800, which each have fluorescence peak excitation/emission of ~775:790 nm. This reference target has optical properties, reduced scattering and absorption, similar to lung in the NIR. The target provides a method to determine an imaging system’s range of linearity as well as an estimate for the noise floor and saturation point.
